Currently authors are encouraged to register any "X-..." experimental service tokens with Charles. As he has allowed me to continue this project, should Charles remain the authority for token registration? Does he have any desire to do so? Probably not... the next logical candidate is me. Ponder this, and how to track the tokens.

Right now, the solution for tracking is tokens.

As the author of the document has changed (with permission from Charles), and the above solution is accessible from the main wiki page, I see no reason to change the specification. If someone contacts me to register a token, I will point them in the correct direction or register it myself for them. Charles, I'm sure, will be quick to point anyone who contacts him at the wiki or myself. - dave
