Sam Spade is a nifty freeware network utility. It allows you to do things like trace the route to a website, find out who owns a website, and what they're ad­min­is­tra­tive or abuse contact is, and will even parse email headers, so you can track down SPAM senders. Get it, and while you're at it check out sputum.org.
